These Lawn Care Products Can Harm Your Pet

Many pet guardians don't realize the potential for exposing their four-legged family member to environmental toxins like pesticides and herbicides. People also don't realize that after they apply a product to their lawn or garden, the chemical residues are tracked indoors on pet paws, and contaminate surfaces throughout their home.

The Sochi Dog Nightmare Continues

Vaccine Guidelines (a must read)

This is an abbreviated newsletter due to an urgent situation in an outlying county.  Nearly 20 small dogs and a good number of large dogs, abandoned.  The small dogs are now in a shelter, there are a number of dogs still on the property, and since it is an outlying county, there is no shelter for these dogs in their own area, and no animal control, or animal laws, only the state laws.   I bring this up so if you live in a county with no animal control, press your county, city, what have to you get it.  If you live where there is, support the shelters and rescues.  These things take a tremendous emotional toll on rescuers, and a stress and financial toll on shelters and rescues that get involved.

We won’t go into detail about how we feel about hoarders.  We are sure you can guess.

These poor innocent dogs, did not ask to be born, did not ask to live where they lived and die of starvation at the end of a chain.

Thank you to the wonderful people who are helping, may Dog Bless you all.

Hug your dogs and be safe.
